2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition has been settled before the Lok Adalat on 15.12.2004.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
