CRIME NO.823/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender the accused before the Judicial Magistrate at Mettur to furnish the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.16921 of 2020 order dated 1.12.2020 and thus render Justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.LENIN BALU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16921 of 2020 dated 01.12.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date on which the order copy made ready.
