The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioner herein, expired on February 2021. Since no application to substitute the legal heirs in the petition has been filed, the writ petition stands closed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
