ORDER

Today, when the matter was called, Mr.C.Mathialagan, Inspector of Police, Inspector of Police (Law and Oder), F-5, Choolaimedu Police Station, Choolaimedu, Chennai, appeared in person.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondent, submitted that the order dated 06.06.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.9717 of 2016 has been complied with and a regular in Crime No.2446 of 2017 has been registered on 24.08.2017 u/s 448, 427 and 506(i) of IPC.
