Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6754 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.15854 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6754 of in Crl.O.P.No.15854 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020 is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

This petition is ordered accordingly.
