Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondents herein and to quash the impugned notification No.114/2006-OSP dated 22.2.2007 issued by the 1st respondent and the subsequent Revised Terms and Conditions issued in Ref.No.101074/2005 dated 31.5.2007 and the guidelines issued in Office Memorandum No.18-7/2007-OSP dated 23.8.2007 by the 1st respondent herein, insofar as the petitioner-firm is concerned and direct the second respondent to register the petitioner - firm with the Department of Tele Communications without insisting registration as a company for availing other service provider facility.
