2. The application in Comp.A.No.366 of 2015 is filed to recall the order dated 30.04.2014 sanctioning the scheme of Arrangement in C.P.No.15 of 2014 and pass an order to wound up the 2nd respondent company in accordance with law.

3. The application in Comp.A.No.367 of 2015 is filed to recall the order dated 30.04.2014 sanctioning the scheme of Arrangement in C.P.No.15 of 2014 and pass an order to wound up the 1st respondent company in accordance with law.

4. In view of the order passed by this Court in Comp.A.No.394 of 2022 and in C.P.No.2015 of 2014, no further order is required in these applications.
