3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 321 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post 'for admission' on 28.07.2020 along with C.M.A.No.4428 of 2019.
