Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned Award passed by the first respondent in I.D. No.11 of 2000 dated 03.02.2006 and quash the same as illegal. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

"The above matter is listed today i.e., 30.09.2011, under the caption 'Default Cases', for non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, including the payment of batta.

2. The concerned counsels are directed to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry, on or before 21.10.2011, as a last chance, and to file proof of compliance, immediately, thereafter.

3. On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court the writ petition shall stand dismissed, automatically, in so far as the concerned respondent(s) is/are concerned, without further reference to this Court. "

2. The matter is listed for hearing today i.e., on 23.10.2019. On verification of the records, it is found that the defects notified as well as the opportunity granted by this Court to comply with the defects are not availed by the writ petitioner and under these circumstances, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
