Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in TCN: LPG D.S.B. Radhapuram dated 04.05.2009 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore the candidates to enable the petitioner to get Bharat Gas L.P.G. (domestic) distributorship at Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District, Tamilnadu, under the category of "Freedom Fighter Category" based on the interview held on 28.01.2008 at second respondent's office at Tuticorin.
