No. 320/3 (classified as 'Pound') situated at Tharamangalam Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District and consequently, direct the Respondents to construct the Third Respondent Sub-Registrar Office in S.No.94/2 (New SubDivision S.No. 94/2B with Patta No. 2314) measuring an extent of 4972.05 sq. ft. in Tharamangalam, Omalur Taluk Salem District, which is gifted for the purpose of construction of Sub-Registrar Office of Tharamangalam vide Gift Deed 3261 of 2014 dated 12.06.2014 on the file of Sub-Registrar Office, Tharamangalam, forthwith.
