Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to provisional selection for appointment for the post of P.G.Teachers dated 07.08.2008 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and thereby direct the first respondent to give appointment to the petitioner for the post of P.G.Teachers in accordance with law.
