This petition has been filed to give a direction directing the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to go abroad for business purpose and pending disposal of the Criminal case in S.C.No.90 of 2016 on file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.

2.The relief as sought by the petitioner does not survive at this length of time and if the petitioner proposes to go abroad and no permission is granted, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.
