This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Session Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.622 of 2019 dated 11.01.2019.

2.It is seen from the records that an FIR was registered against the petitioner in Crime No. 561 of 2016 for the offences under Section 457 and 280 of IPC. It is also seen that the petitioner stolen 1211⁄2 sovereign of gold jewels from the house of the defacto complainant. Therefore, the petitioner, was arrested and later remanded to Judicial custody. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is involved in 17 previous cases in Andhra https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pradesh and two cases in the respondent police. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Session Judge, Chennai.
