ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner/third defendant.
2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, to dispose of I.A.No.395 of 2019 in O.S.226 of 2019, within the stipulated time.
3. When the matter came up for admission on 12.04.2023 , this Court directed the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, to report as to the reasons for pendency of I.A.No.395 of 2019. Learned Principal District Judge, had addressed a letter dated 26.04.2023 stating that on account of Covid-19 pandamic, the notice to the proposed guardian was not served, thereby fresh notice was ordered however, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs failed to turn up.

4. Considering the said circumstances and taking into consideration the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, is directed to take steps by giving suitable directions to take up I.A.No.395 of 2019 for hearing and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
