JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Though the appellant has assailed the order impugned before us on several grounds, we are not inclined to delve into the same, as the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that M/s. Arunachalapuram Rama Nadar Kumarar Santhana Nadar Vaarisukal Nalasangam, the appellant herein, would approach the civil Court for a consolidated relief and that the time granted by the writ Court in W.P.No.6316 of 2017 dated 27.07.2017, be extended by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Placing on record the above, time granted in W.P.No.6316 of 2017 dated 27.07.2017, is extended by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, so as to enable the appellant to file a suit before the competent Court, and for suitable orders in the interim applications, if any filed. In the meanwhile, interim arrangement of payment of tax as per paragraph No.5, of the order made in W.P.No.6316 of 2017 dated 27.07.2017, would continue.
