Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for entire records pertaining to the proceeding in Na.Ka.4436/2019/A6 dated 14.09.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further direction to the respondent to issue pattas to the petitioner's houses situated at ward No.53, Rayar Nagar, Sidhapudur, Avaramplayam, Coimbatore. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to call for entire records pertaining to the proceeding in Na.Ka.4436/2019/A6 dated 14.09.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further direction to the respondent to issue pattas to the petitioner's houses situated at ward No.53, Rayar Nagar, Sidhapudur, Avaramplayam, Coimbatore. 2.This Court suo moto impleads the Revenue Divisional Officer, Coimbatore as additional third respondent. 3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 10.03.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the third respondent/RDO.

4.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

5.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
