ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register an First Information Report on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.02.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending before the respondent Police. Under such circumstance, the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law. If there is no offence made out, the respondent Police is entitled to close the case and the same shall be informed to the complainant/petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
