Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Tender Notification in respect of Item No.25 in Survey No.37/1b1 of Pichanoor Village, passed by the first respondent in Na.Ka.A.515/2006/Mines/Dated 11.12.2007 published in Tamil Daily News Paper namely "DHINAGARAN" on 19.12.2007 and quash the same as illegal, improper, unreasonable, arbitrary and against the principles of Natural Justice and thereby direct the respondent to grant the Rock Quarry licence in Survey.No.37/1b1 of Pichanoor Village to the petitioner Self Help Group. ORDER

Challenging the Tender Notification dated 11.12.2007 issued by the first respondent, with regard to grant of quarry licence in Survey No.37/1b1 of Pichanoor Village, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respective parties jointly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
