ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the entire records in Crime No.443 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 294(b), 406, 420 & 506(1) IPC on the file of first respondent.

2. Perusal of the FIR shows that serious allegations are made against the petitioners and the same has to be investigated by an Investigation Agency. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR.
