The present Writ Petition is filed for issuance for Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to permit the assistance of a practising Advocate as the Petitioner's Defence representative in the enquiry in the charge memo No.3/2003 dated 23.06.2003 and charge memo No.1/2004 dated 12.03.2004.

2.In the present Writ Petition, the petitioner had made various allegations against the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and first respondent submitted that the enquiry has been completed and Enquiry Officer has filed a report. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this matter and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
