J U D G M E N T

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 03.02.2003 and made in A.S.No.3 of 2002 on the file of Sub-Court, Tiruvarur reversing the judgment and decree dated 28.09.2001 and made in O.S.No.188 of 2000 on the file of District Munsif, Mannargudi.

2. When the matter was listed on 21.01.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted on 23.01.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today(23.01.2020), no representation for the appellant.
