This application is taken out by the plaintiff to receive additional documents, which according to the plaintiff, those are the certificate copy of the trademark licence and few other documents, which the plaintiff has discovered subsequent to filing of the suit, but relevant to the facts of the case.

2. The learned counsel for the defendant has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Issues not yet framed. Therefore, this application is allowed. The parties shall file their affidavit of admission and denial by 10.03.2020.
