An auction notice is impugned in this writ petition.

2. Mr.C.Harsha Raj, learned Additional Government Pleader (Tax), on instructions, submits that the impugned auction was not proceeded with based on the relevant auction notice. Consequently, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. Therefore, W.P.No.1993 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous by leaving it open to the petitioner to opt for the Tamil Nadu Samadhan Scheme if applicable, or to take any other measures in respect of the outstanding tax claims.
