..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of calling for the records of the respondent herein and made in Notification Na.Ka.No.2/47267/2000 dated 30.10.2000 published in the Ramanathapuram District Gazette Extraordinary dated 10.11.2000 in so far as it relates to the petitioner land measuring One Acre and fifty cents in S.No.47/2B2, in Valakulam Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Road Transport Corporation and Ministry of Highways, the Government of India, issued a Notification under Section 3A(1) of the National Highways Act for the purpose of widening the National Highways. Before the paper publication, the Notification was issued on 28.04.2018. 2.In view of the above development, the grounds raised in respect of the land acquisition proceedings initiated by the District Collector, Ramanathapuram has no significance. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition against the acquisition proceeding. If at all, any grievances exists for the writ petitioner, it is left open to him to adjudicate the matter in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
