issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned Staff Fixation made by the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.5528/A2/08, dated 17.09.2008, quash the same in so far as the English medium sections and the groups 102 and 302 in Tamil Medium of the Higher Secondary Sections are excluded from the assessment of grant-in-aid as well as fixing the number of BT Assistants only at 17 and Secondary Grade teachers only at 13 and further direct the respondents herein to sanction forthwith 10 additional posts of BT Assistants and 12 additional posts of Secondary Grade teachers to the petitioner school in terms of the Norms set out by the first respondent State Government under G.O.Ms.No.525, School Education (D1) Department dated 29.12.1997.
