Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the third respondent in the panel in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.7808/A4/2008 dated 24.03.2008 and quash the same, in so far as the Respondents 5 to 7 are concerned, and direct the Respondents to prepare the panel for promotion to the post of Headmaster of Middle School for the year 2008 from among the eligible candidates who possess B.Ed./B.T. Degree qualification as per the Special Rules and give promotion to the petitioner as Headmaster of Middle School.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
