ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet in Crime No.473 of 2013 on the file of the respondent and consequently direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Ariyalur to conduct the joint trial along with the counter case in Crime No.472 of 2013 now pending in PRC.NO.12 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ariyalur.

2.It is seen that the FIR in Crime No.473 of 2013 has been pending for the past six years on the file of the respondent police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a charge sheet within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
