Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents and their subordinates from in any manner demolishing the petitioner's residential houses bearing Door Nos.3/29-A8 and 3/29-A9 Seramittampalayam and comprised in S.No.165/1 Thevanankurinchi Village, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District and evicting him from the said land and houses till passing of final orders by the District Collector, Namakkal, with respect to issue of house site patta to the eligible persons found in the list approved by the Devanankurichi Village Panchayat, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities afresh for appropriate remedy. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the authorities afresh, if need be, for appropriate remedy. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
