ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has died on 11.05.2021.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court a copy of the death certificate issued by the Government Hospital, Tiruttani dated 08.12.2021 confirming the death of the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission and recording the death of the petitioner during the pendency of the present writ petition, this writ petition is closed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
