(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents herein for having committed contempt of Court order dated 28.07.2016 made in W.A.No.1017 of 2014.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has produced the letter of the second respondent dated 13.02.2018. According to her, as per the said letter of the second respondent, the order of this Court dated 28.07.2016 has been duly complied with.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
