ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 302 of IPC, in Crime No.510 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had previous enmity with the defacto complainant and assaulted him and caused death. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would raise strong objection stating that there are ten previous cases are pending against the petitioner, in which one case is under Section 302 of IPC. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both counsel and also considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
