ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2025 seeking transfer from Stanley Medical College Hospital, Chenani to Government Medical College Hospital, Dindigul, on deputation or for administrative reasons until retirement.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was a Staff Nurse and currently working at Stanley Medical College Hospital, Chennai. He further submitted that due to medical condition and her family situation and impending retirement, she made a representation to the
respondents on 10.12.2025 for her transfer from the Stanley Medical College Hospital, Chennai to Government Medical College Hospital, Dindigul, which is her native, however there was no response and hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the ninth respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
