ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R.No.20 of 2016 dated 10.05.2016, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in this case is over and final report was filed. The case was taken cognizance in C.C.No.1525 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.

3.In view of filing of final report and taking cognizance, this Court is of the considered view that, prayer for quashing the complaint in F.I.R.No.20 of 2016 dated 10.05.2016 cannot be entertained and accordingly dismissed Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.27317 of 2016.

4.In fine, Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.27317 of 2016 is dismissed.
