This Court, by order dated 01.02.2019, had appointed M/s.S.Buvaneswari, Advocate, as an Advocate Commissioner to seize and repossess the vehicle.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the vehicle has not been seized by the Advocate Commissioner. The learned Advocate Commissioner submitted that despite her strenuous efforts she could not seize the vehicle and further submitted that the initial payment has not been paid by the applicant.

3. In view of the strenuous efforts put in by the Advocate Commissioner, I direct the applicant to pay the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner, within a period of one week from today i.e., 13.03.2020.

4. In view of the above direction, nothing further survives in this application and the same stands closed. If payment is not made, it is open to the Advocate Commissioner to file an application for violation the order of this Court.
