Prayer:Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records of the Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition Aromatic Complex C.P.C.L., 62/1, East Jones Road, Saidapet, Chennai-15, the 4th respondent herein culminating in Na.Ka.353/14 dated 09.12.2014 and quash the same and further direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to reconvey the land in Survey No.38 an extent of 0.56 cents 0.46 cents in Chinnasekkadu Village, Thiruvottiyur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, forthwith to the petitioner.
