ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30207 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Sivaganga and report before the town police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complying with the orders of this Court regularly and hence, prayed for dismissal of the same.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition, it is clear that the petition seeks for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30207 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024, therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file modification petition.
