Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in impugned legal heirship certificate in Ba.No.6774/2013 in Va.No.498/2013 dated 03.09.2013 issued by the 3rd respondent and the consequential impugned order in Oo.Mu.Aa6/1536/2020 dated 1/4

10.09.2020 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to issue afresh legal heir certificate to the petitioner herein.

ORDER
