This petition is filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 220 days in representing W.P.Sr.No.31970 of 2022.

2. Heard Mr.Secular S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in representing the W.P.Sr.No.31970 of 2022 is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
