Crl.M.P.No.1733 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25867 of 2021 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25867 of 2021 by an order dated 29.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting once in a week instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer daily is modified to the effect that they should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.
