This miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 659 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 09.03.2021 made in W.P.No.2715 of 2015.

The Writ Appeal has been filed by a third party by obtaining leave from this Court. Since the appellants are not parties in the writ proceedings, we are inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
