When the matter came up for hearing on 07.12.2022, learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the petitioner represented that he has given change of Vakalat and therefore, this Court directed the name of the petitioner to be printed in the cause list. According, the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list today. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
