Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time given in order 13.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No. 24041 of 2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court to surrender the petitioner and furnish surety and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.MAGESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24041 of 2021, dated 13.12.2021, to surrender the petitioners and execute the sureties.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are unable to mobilize money, they could not able to deposit the amount and furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount and furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing the amount and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 14/02/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
