ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal to the Collector under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording his statement and the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Consequently, W.M.P.No.2739 of 2022 is also dismissed. No costs.
