Prayer: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to extend the time to comply with the condition granted in Crl.M.P.No.24043 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2744 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025 another period of four weeks.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has so far sent a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- by way of demand draft to the first respondent through registered post. He would pray a week's time to pay the balance sum of Rs.2,00,000/- directed to be paid by this Court by the order dated 15.12.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents have received the registered post on last Saturday; that the demand draft is yet to be encashed; and that the petitioner is not paying the interim monthly maintenance of Rs.15,000/- as directed by this Court. 3.The petitioner is granted time till 12.02.2026 to pay the balance sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the respondents towards arrears of maintenance and to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- as monthly maintenance for the Month of December 2025 and January 2026 on or before the said date. 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 2/4
