The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 302 r/w 34, 201 of BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.759 of 2021, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. It is seen that, this Court on 02.01.2026 dismissed the petitioner's bail in Crl.O.P.No.34206 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: "5. In view of the above facts and this is the second bail application and the earlier bail application in Crl.O.P.No.30129 of 2025 was dismissed by this Court on 05.11.2025 and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner and the fact that the trial has commenced, there is a possibility of hampering of trial process, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed."

3. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, considering the fact that earlier merits of the case was already considered and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.
