Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed in Na.Ka.No.2947/2006 dated 31.07.2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein, quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents 1 & 2 to forbear the 4th respondent herein from running the Saw-Mill at Door No.278, H14, Kalyan Nagar, Thurayur Road, Perambalur.

ORDER

The Petitioner has come up with this writ petition to quash the order dated 31.07.2007 passed by the second respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to forbear the 4th respondent from running a Saw-Mill at Door No.278, H-14, Kalyan Nagar, Thurayur Road, Perambalur.

2.However, today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the fourth respondent has closed his business before the five years. In support of his submission, he has also produced a communication of the 4th respondent, dated 19.12.2018 to that effect.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, this Court is of the view that it is unnecessary to pursue this writ petition. Hence, recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
