The present application has been filed to permit the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) to Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan, Advocate, for effecting publication and for effecting publication and towards miscellaneous expenses incurred and for processing.

2. In the report of the Official Assignee, it has been stated that S.Arjunlal Sunderdas was adjudicated as insolvent on a creditor's petition, by the order of this Court dated 21.04.2014 in I.P.No.25 of 2014. Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan, learned counsel had been engaged by the Official Assignee, for conducting the application. The said Advocate has claimed a sum of Rs.30,000/- for effecting publication and towards miscellaneous expenses incurred and for processing. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Application is allowed as prayed for, by permitting the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- for effecting publication and for effecting publication and towards miscellaneous expenses incurred and for processing to the counsel Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan.
