CRIME NO. 777 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner has to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for the period of three weeks on 29.12.2020 in Crime No. 777 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.THAMARAI SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25870 of 2021 by an order dated 29.12.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are reporting before the Investigating Officer continuously for three weeks as per the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that they should report before the Investigating Officer as and when required, until further orders.
