CoD prayer is qua 114 days in representing the CMA being CMA SR.No.112622 of 2023.

2. Ms.M.Shobana, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for petitioner / appellant draws our attention to paragraph No.3 of the support affidavit which reads as follows:

'3. I submit the appeal was filed on 28.08.2023 and returned for compliances. Since in the above appeal we have not received certified copy from lower Court and meanwhile the above file got mixed up with other bundles they could not be represented in time.' 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the matter, we are inclined to accept the aforementioned reason and accede to the CoD prayer.
